Kristjan founded Phoenix in 1991 after coming back to Winnipeg from the University of Western Ontario. Kristjan continues to be involved in the direction and operations of Phoenix. He is proud to serve as a board member of NAID Canada. NAID Canada is the industry organization that raises awareness about privacy issues to both government and the general business community.

Kristjan is a father of two, loves photography and science.

Patti has been with Phoenix since 1994. Patti is a member of ARAM and PRISM. She is a NAID Authorized Representative who can assist companies in developing their policies and procedures utilizing the NAID Information Destruction Policy Compliance Toolkit. Patti has achieved the ARMA Professional Development Certificate "Establishing & Managing Successful Records Management Programs."

Patti is a mother of two and is an enthusiastic reader and loves weekends at the lake.

Grace started at Phoenix in the year 2000. Grace sells Shredding, Records Storage and Recycling services for Phoenix and Dataloc. Grace has achieved the ARMA Professional Development Certificate "Establishing & Managing Successful Records Management Programs." Grace is also a member of The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce.

Grace loves to spend time in her garden and generously shares her home grown tomatoes and herbs.

Randy has been with Phoenix since 2006. Randy runs the Dataloc Record Centre and has achieved the ARMA Professional Development Certificate "Establishing & Managing Successful Records Management Programs."

Randy is a big collector of music and movies. He also does computer support for charity.

Karen has been with Phoenix since 1999. Karen handles operations and customer service for Phoenix and Dataloc and is involved in all the day to day activities. Karen is also in charge of Pet Therapy with regular office visits by her dog Cash.

Karen is an aunt to a handful of awesome nieces and nephews. Karen is our office savant for spelling, song lyrics and entertainment news.

Jerry White

Driver & Team Leader


Jerry has been with Phoenix since 2002. Jerry is involved with the day to day operations on the road with the drivers and clients.

Jerry likes to spend his summer weekends camping and is a big sports fan. Bring the Jets home!



Lionel Gauthier

Lionel has been with Phoenix since 2007. Lionel is involved with the day to day operations on the road with the drivers and clients.

Lionel is a big Touch Football and Sponge Hockey fan. As well, Lionel likes to play Jazz & Funk on the drums.

Andrea Cherpako
Office & Administration


On Maternity Leave till Spring 2012
Andrea has been with Phoenix since 2008. Andrea is the voice you most often hear answering the phone at Phoenix. She helps manage the office and keep all the drivers going to the right place on the right day.

Andrea is the proud new owner of her own home and a true animal lover.

Gerri Kuny
Office & Administration



Gerri joined Phoenix in spring 2011. Gerri's is the voice you most often hear answering the phone at Phoenix. She keeps the office humming and keeps the trucks and drivers going the right direction.

Gerri loves to read, travel and spend time with family and friends.
