Records Management File Boxes

We designed these boxes to be sturdy, clean looking, and help you collect information that will make it easier for us to search for your boxes.  There is a clear spot for placing our Bar Code, date ranges, alpha numeric ranges, and destruction dates.

In addition there is a spot for you to put your own identifying number if you have a system in place already.

The boxes are delivered to your door in bundles of 15.  

We can provide you with volume discounts if you have a large order.

Computerized Bar Code Tracking System

O'Neil Software is the leading supplier of records management software in the world.  It combines easy of use with a powerful SQL server database.  

The software, and our hand scanners, allow us to track and monitor your files from the time we pick them up until they are safely sleeping in our steel racks.

When you want information from us, we can print reports that show you what boxes are where and who accessed them when.

 

Our Facility

Located in Transcona, our facility is divided into 2 sections - 13,000 square foot records management center, and 13,000 square foot destruction and recycling facility.  Our records management center has an initial capacity for 85,000 file boxes, and our destruction facility can destroy 30,000lbs of documents every 8 hours. Both facilities have high security locks, monitored alarm systems, 24 hr video surveillance, and sprinkler protection.
