On-line Access to Your Records
The foundation of records management starts with sound organization. It is easy to stay organized with our on-line system (RS-Web.) You can easily add new boxes, request a service or supplies and get inventory reports all from your desktop.
Pickup and Delivery
With our trained drivers and a fleet of vehicles at your disposal, picking up and delivering documents couldn't be easier. Depending on your needs, we can retrieve a stored document and have it delivered to your office, faxed or scanned and e-mailed to you.
You always know the location of your file or box.
Every container you place in our care receives a bar-coded control label. Thus, when we arrive for pickup, we scan each piece before it is placed on one of our trucks. Each carton is re-scanned when it is entered into our Inventory Control System (RS-SQL.)
Likewise, when you retrieve any item, it is scanned upon removal and again upon delivery. We take every precaution to ensure that when you turn over valuable records to us we know precisely where they are at all times.
